View all questionsHow do the four products differ?
PRIME focuses on antioxidant and hydration preparation. SIGNAL combines FGF FUSION + IGF FUSION. PDGF MATRIX is a PDGF-BB matrix-binding development concept. BARRIER focuses on postbiotic care.
How can I request pricing or availability?
Send a professional inquiry with your organization, country and product of interest. TheraGene can confirm current availability, product status and commercial information.
Where can I find ingredients, storage and directions?
Ask TheraGene for the current product information and applicable label. Product-specific documentation governs ingredients, preparation, storage and permitted use.
Is PDGF MATRIX currently in development?
Yes. PDGF MATRIX is presented as a development concept. Published preclinical research supports the underlying matrix-affinity rationale; it does not establish clinical superiority for Epi-Glo PDGF MATRIX.
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Get to know the product concept, the science, and the thinking behind Epi-Glo.
What is Epi-Glo PDGF MATRIX?
PDGF MATRIX is TheraGene’s development concept for recombinant PDGF-BB incorporating a PlGF-derived extracellular-matrix-binding domain. It extends the Epi-Glo family with a focus on matrix affinity.
What does “matrix binding” mean?
The extracellular matrix is the network surrounding cells. The PDGF MATRIX design includes a domain selected for its ability to associate with matrix proteins. The aim is improved local retention; finished-product behavior still requires product-specific evaluation.
Does “PlGF-derived” mean the product contains placenta?
PlGF is the abbreviation for placental growth factor. Here, the term describes the biological origin of a binding-domain design. It does not mean the product is a placental extract or is designed to bind to placenta.
Is PDGF MATRIX proven to be better than other PDGF products?
No head-to-head human study establishing Epi-Glo PDGF MATRIX’s superiority is presented here. The distinction is its proposed molecular design. Published preclinical work supports the technology rationale; it does not establish Epi-Glo clinical results.
How does PDGF MATRIX fit with PRIME, SIGNAL and BARRIER?
PRIME focuses on preparation, SIGNAL on FGF FUSION + IGF FUSION, and BARRIER on postbiotic care. PDGF MATRIX is a distinct PDGF-BB development direction. Contact TheraGene to discuss which product and documentation fit your needs.
Can I order PDGF MATRIX or request technical information?
Please contact TheraGene for current development status, availability, specifications and permitted uses. Request product information ↗.
Is Epi-Glo for injection or application after a procedure?
Epi-Glo topical products are not for injection or ophthalmic use. Suitability for any specific application, including use following a procedure, must follow the applicable product label and supporting product-specific data. This site does not provide a treatment protocol.
Are the women pictured actual patients?
The portraits are original illustrative campaign imagery. They are not patient testimonials, before-and-after photographs, or evidence of product results.
